Legal and family conflicts often arise during periods of uncertainty or change. On this page, you will find an overview of the mediation and legal services available, depending on the nature of your situation.

Workshops & Conference Speaking

Conflict. Communication. Culture.
Interactive workshops for companies and organisations, and conference speaking at professional events – in English and Hungarian.

The programmes focus on situations that often come up in teams and organisations: different perspectives, difficult conversations, misunderstandings, cultural and generational differences, and the conflicts that can result from them.

Workshops

Practical and interactive workshops where participants take an active part, not just listen.
Workshops can be organised for companies, teams and professional groups, either as a standalone programme or as part of a team day, leadership programme or company event.
The content and length can be adapted to the organisation, the group and the purpose of the event.

DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES

Same situation. Different interpretation.
Why can two people see the same situation completely differently?
Through interactive exercises, participants explore how our experiences, assumptions and perspectives influence what we see and how we react. We look at how different interpretations can lead to conflict – and how changing perspective can help.

LOST IN TRANSLATION

When the same words do not mean the same thing.
Language, culture and generational differences can all affect the way we communicate.
This workshop explores how the same word, gesture, habit or expectation can mean something very different to another person. It is especially suitable for international teams and organisations where people from different cultural backgrounds work together.

DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

When something is difficult to say – or difficult to hear.
How do we start a difficult conversation? How can we give feedback, set boundaries or say no without making the conflict worse?
Participants learn and practise communication and mediation tools that can be used in difficult everyday situations at work.

BEYOND THE CONFLICT

What is really behind the conflict?
A professional workshop for mediators, legal professionals and others working with conflict.
We explore how culture, language, generational differences, family patterns and life situations can influence the way people understand and experience the same conflict.

Conference Speaking

Conference presentations in English and Hungarian on conflict, communication and mediation.

My speaking topics also explore how language, culture and generational differences influence the way we understand each other – and how different interpretations can develop into conflict.
Presentations can be adapted to the topic of the conference, the professional background of the audience and the format of the event.

Mediation

Mediation is a structured and confidential process for resolving conflicts. It provides a professional framework in which parties can address difficult issues in a calm and focused way.

As a mediator, I remain neutral and do not make decisions for the parties. My role is to guide the process, ensure that both sides are heard, and support the development of agreements that are workable and sustainable in everyday life.

Mediation can be particularly helpful in situations involving relationship conflicts, separation or divorce, dissolution of registered partnerships, child custody and contact arrangements, post-separation parental cooperation, property division, and broader family tensions. It is especially valuable where ongoing communication is necessary; for example, when children are involved.

Legal Representation

Our practice has been working with a client-focused approach since 2014, aiming to find clear, effective, and practical solutions to legal matters.

Each case is handled individually, taking into account not only the legal framework but also the personal circumstances and needs behind the situation.
In more complex matters - whether related to family, civil, or business law - we focus on finding solutions that are both legally sound and practically workable. We aim to provide efficient, precise legal support while maintaining a reliable and professional standard.

During the first consultation, we review the legal background of your case and discuss the available options in a clear and practical way.

Civil Law: Contracts (drafting and review), property-related matters, and debt recovery.

Family Law: Divorce, child arrangements, maintenance, division of assets, and paternity cases.

Company Law: Company formation and modifications, legal support for businesses.

Real Estate Law: Sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and property registration matters.
