dr. Szilassy Noémi LL.M
International Family Mediator, Lawyer
I live in a bilingual family, where Hungarian and English are both part of everyday life, and my children are growing up in this environment. This experience has shaped my professional focus and deepened my understanding of international families.
I work with bilingual and cross-border couples and families, supporting them through mediation and legal representation. I offer mediation in English and Hungarian, creating a structured and balanced setting where both parties can feel heard and understood.
I practice law in a law office where mediation-based thinking has been part of our approach for many years, particularly in family law matters. Even before mediation became widely known, our work consistently aimed at agreement and practical, workable solutions.
Alongside my mediation work, I am involved in family law, criminal law, and property law cases.
My experience in legal procedures and court practice strengthens my ability to support structured and realistic agreements in mediation.
I believe international families living in Hungary deserve clear and reliable support.
Family conflicts and separation are rarely simple. My role is to provide professional clarity and stability, and to help shape agreements that can function in real life, especially where children are involved.
